9/1/20 update – It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of this year’s 38th Annual Autumn Festival, An Arts & Crafts Affair Tour. This announcement pertains to all four of the Autumn Festivals.

We know that this is an enormous disappointment to the exhibitors and customers who regularly attend the shows. This is not a decision we have taken lightly and there are two overriding concerns that have caused us to make this determination at this time.

First, is the ongoing uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 virus which has deemed it necessary by the CDC to restrict events such as ours. Our festivals are considered high risk due to them being large, in-person, held indoors, where it is difficult for individuals to remain 6’ apart, and attendees and exhibitors travel from outside the local area. These and other factors outside of our control would make the probability of us being forced to cancel the shows at the last minute much higher.

Second, our primary concern is always the responsibility we have in keeping our exhibitors, customers, and business partners healthy and safe. With the unpredictability and unstable environment we find our communities in, the ability to ensure everyone is kept safe is next to impossible.

We remain committed to promoting high quality arts and craft shows and will turn our attention to making sure we are ready to safely welcome everyone back when the time is right. We are hopeful this will be sooner than later and appreciate your understanding and continued support.
