SHIPPING INFORMATION
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Our carrier of choice is the US Postal Service (USPS). We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail while optimizing weight and dimensions to give you the best rates. For those special circumstances requiring faster shipping, we offer USPS Priority Express.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, due to custom regulations we are unable to ship outside the US and its territories.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All packages are sent from Waconia, MN (55387) and typically are packaged/shipped within 24-48hrs of your order being received. USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed, but usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
USPS Priority Express provides 1 -2 day delivery.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Jules Loft strives to provide to best shipping service for the least amount of money.
Our site uses a real-time price calculator based on the weight/dimensions of every item and the current USPS rates.
To save on shipping charges – please make sure to consider using our Free Shipping Offer (orders over $140 ship for Free.).

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Our online store accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, and Amazon Payments. (With Amazon Payments you can quickly checkout using your Amazon.com login and saved information.)
Credit cards accepted are:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
The JulesLoft web store is SSL secured and uses three of the worlds largest online payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal and Amazon) to provide a safe online experience. JulesLoft does not directly receive your Credit Card or Payment Login information.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes – but it is easy. After entering our billing and shipping information, simply enter a password of your choosing. Creating an account lets you checkout quicker in the future and have a record of past orders.
How Do I Track My Order?
Order Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. This will come in a confirmation email as well as being posted to your online account information.

How do I place an Order?
Using our web store, browse and add the items you are interested in to your cart. After you are done shopping, navigate to your cart and use the checkout link to complete your order. If you have a large quantity order (10+ items) or other special concerns, please contact us.
What if my purchase is a gift? Can I send a personalized message?
Jules Loft products make wonderful gifts – great for all ages. Simply fill out the SHIP TO: section of the checkout page with the address of whomever you are gifting to. Include your personalized message in the GIFT NOTE: section of the checkout page. We will handle the rest. (No receipt will be included in the shipment – unless requested)
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
